The BBC wine and food festival hit town.\u00a0 So off we went.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img alt=\"foodfest.jpg\" id=\"image133\" src=\"https:\/\/coffeehouse.co.nz\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/11\/foodfest.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Forgot the camera, and my phone was out of battery, so here&#8217;s last year&#8217;s photo.\u00a0 To be honest if we took one this year it would look pretty much exactly the same anyway!<\/p>\n<p>There didn&#8217;t seem to be quite the same number of people there this year.\u00a0 Which was a very good thing.\u00a0 It was much more pleasant wandering around this time. And not quite so hot and yucky.<\/p>\n<p>We came away with a few chilli sauces, a couple of bottles of wine, a reasonable amount of pickled herring, some cheese, and the bowl queen got some more bowls to add to the collection.
